Death certificate

How can I get the death certificate of a person whose place of death and date of death is unknown? I have the PAN number of the person. He has died between 2014 to 2018 either in Mumbai, Nagpur, or Baroda. I have the detailed address of all his three locations.

If you have an idea of his place of death, then you can approach the concerned authorities with an applicaiton.

However if you are in no way related to the deceased then the authorities may deny to furnish the death certificate.
