i have bought a flat in which m the first applicant and my father was the second applicant in mumbai. my father was expired and we have 3 brother and mother on my father succession. i want to transfer my father shares to my name, in the matter my family member has no objection for making it.so how do i transfer the share of my father to my name as i m the first applicant at the time of purchase the flat. i have death certificate of my father and also a copy of succession letter issued by the DM office. please guide me as regards...
