I have taken premium membership of 3 reputed matrimonial site. Before taking membership plan they offered me multiple discounts and assured me 100% service satisfaction but after that they don't pick up my call and reply. Within 8 months of their service we visit their office multiple time but every time they have given me several justification and handover my case to someone. I have receipt copy for the amount which i deposited in their Bank Account. I am not raising this because of the amount which i paid them but like me many other have lost their amount and begging infront of them. Is there any other way to teach them a lesson?
