Dear Lawyer,

I want to enlightened on the following:

1. Can outstanding dues of any Thrift & Credit Society be recovered from Pension of a Governnment servant

2. What is the legal status.  Is there any order of Supreme Court/High Court? Please cite relevant portion.

3.  What other action can be taken by the office/Pay & Accounts Office from where a Government servant (i.e. loanee) has retired.

well outstanding dues can be recovered but please provide further details or

for e.g. if your company as given loan to Mr. B a government employee.

then your company dont have to depen on source of income where he is getting income from salary or pension at this stage, as loan is already given and now as he has used your companies money he is liable to pay back same.

Regards
