Deed of relinquishment

relinquishment deed shall be executed by the person/persons who is/are going to released his/their rights over the property in favour of other legal heir/heirs.  it shall be registerable in Sub registrar office.  the duty shall be paid under IS act (amendment acts of the respective states) in which property is situated.  where the property is situate is not mentioned in your query
