Delay in possession

We are living in our new flat since Sept 2012. However builder is about to receive completion certificate from Muncipal Corporation of Pune. Therefore till date no possession letter given by builder. Also no amenities including drinking water, play garden, Gym not provided yet. As per agreement possession date was April 2012. Can I make complaint to Consumer forum ? or shall I wait till possession letter ? Shall we accept possession letter without amenties ? Kindly help.

You have both the ways open....You can always raise a dispute in the consumer forum...But /DO NOT be o.k taking the possession without what was promised, it will work against you....

You can start by communicating( written. email) your cognizance of the failure on the part of the builder....

Do a bit of online surfing, you will find people doing it(consumer disputes) for FREE!!!!

You can file a collective complaint if it is a general contention of other's too...
