Prior permission for higher studies of B.Tech was not taken by employee, but he was appeared in departmental exam on qualification of B.Tech. He passed departmental exam with secured marks 300, but department were found he was not taken prior permission for higher studies of B.Tech degree and not entered in his service record. And, dropped him from the result list. Now he flled a court case against department in the Hon'ble CAT, which is created hindrence to declaration of result of other candidates, even there is no any stayed ordered is given by the court for withheld result of the other candidates.
But, due to this incident, the department is not declare result of other candidates saying reasoned that above court case is pending in CAT. However, no any stayed orders to withheld result is issued by the court.
Other candidate also passed the same exam on his eligibility criteria and secured marks 298 in review result of SC/ST in similar exam. But his result withheld/delayed.
