Secondly, you have to see whether the prosecution has satisfy the Court that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the acused is guilty of an Offence punishable with death or imprisonment for Life. Even a Magistrate in such case will perfectly within his rights to enlarge the person on bail even though the accusation is of Murder.
