false charges of assault

1. You can file counter FIR, against the neighbour for various offences (take help of local lawyer).  This will off-set the false complaint and may result in compromise.

What is the allegation (s) of so called "assualt" levelled by your neighbour ?

Whether any complaint / FIR has been lodged ? If so, what are the allegations.

Charges can not framed by a complainant, it is prerogative of Trial Court, wherein an accused is charged after thorough consideration facts/ record of the case and final report of investigating officer.

Contact an advocate and defend against such actions as per law, if you are innocent.  If you want peace, change your residence and avoid conflicts as entire family has to live in fear and disturbances.

Has the Police called you for investigation? Have you received summons from the Court?

1. Are you implying that "Tanay Kumar Sarkar"  and  "upsc race", are one and the same person with multiple fake ID's.

2. It is not surprising that there are few others who use multiple fake ID's, to ridicule /insult /demoralise other's on this forum.
