You are governed by the conditions of the employment offer letter.
The salary may be paid by a an arrangemetntr through another company, but that should not be a reason for you to vilate the employment conditions

You are working with which one of the company ?
The terms and conditions agreed in offer letter qua its termination has to be perused for forming proper opinion and oblige.
