Dispute on Anscestral Property

Dear sirs,

We are having a dispute regarding our anscestral house. It is a very old house.Which was acquired by my great grandfathers and was subsequently there occured a division among them in 1955.Later my great grandfather had sold his share due to some financial problems.Later it was acquired by my grandmother's(father's mother) mother and executed a will in favour of my grandmother(alive). The will states that "my grandmother has complete rights and also that afther her reign it has to be passed to her(my grandmother) male children with complete rights. Now my aunt(father's sister) sates that she has an equal right over the property. My grandmother doesn't want to give a share to my aunt but only to my father(while 2 of the 2 brothers of my father agreed for it).My father states that "my grandmother's mother gave to my grandmother as "stridhan" ,so my grandmother will have complete rights over the property"

Does my aunt has a share in the property?

Does my grandmother have complete right over the property?

Thank you
.
