Dear Sir/Madam, We are having a small house in mhada property in Ghatkopar. My father gifted this property 15 years back stating that he will be migrating to our native place permanantly hence gifting this property. Recently the property will be going for redevelopment and my father want this property to be registered on his name since he is not intended to belong this property to my name any more. He submitted an application to Mhada stating that this property should be transferred back to his name and also given same notice to builder and society. What are the possiblities that the property will be tranferred to my father name if he has taken legal steps with the help of lawer? I am really helpless, please assist. Thanks, Pankaj
