one of my friend is one of the legal heirs in the lease property leased by government of maharashtra, the property was lease to his grandfather who had four sons. there of them are willing to mututal share the part of the land but one of his uncle number 2 is not interested in sharing the plot infact he is also not allwoing to develop or repair any structure, what can be done in this case as uncle number 2 had made several complaint to the municipal authority and also carried out demolish work, now the family now there is very small are of only 100 sq feet to live in with 8 family memmber.
what can be done in this case so that the land can be legally shared and further repars and unused land can be constructed.
