I had bought an outstationed joint property wit my wife in 2009.the cost is 18 L and we have paid 9 L (myself 8L ,spouse 1L). The house possesion is in November 2010. Problem being We are going for a divorce and my wife has refused to pay and reluctant to dissolve the sale deed.i have paid till now cash down and haven't taken any loan.We haven't paid the installments since our personal dispute. My only interest is recovering my money back (8L) as the vendor says it will be distributed 50-50 ( even though the agreement doesn't mentions the distribution on cancellation of sale deed). The suit for specific performance involves a court fee of nearly 2 L +.(honestly not interested in it)
is there any way i can recover my money back proportionately after liquidation changes??
