Divorce

Page no : 2

Adv k . mahesh (advocate)     22 May 2014

f you indeed want divorce then absolutely no need for you travel.Relax and let the divorce go exparte.

student: says go for ex parte order as it is tough for you to get transfer - without going into the facts

ike to knw wht abt alimony, maint., streedhan, etc.  she demanded in her petition.
in ex-partee, all demand r approved

now the same student says :

"Divorce from a lady does not come without any purse strings attached.Correction :The author is advised to contest the case if they are demands for maintenance,alimony... otherwise not necessary."

before hand if you have contested the case through your lawyer you should not have waited for this exparte order and also you can close the case contesting all the above alimony, maintenance without going for exparte order

I am not saying that do not take advice but go to expert and discuss in person and if you have any documents show him and contest in hand.  as every time you should not present in the hearing your lawyer can present and contest the case if you have faith
