We are looking for a good advocate for divorce case under adultery.we are located in pune. My brothers wife is having affair and DNA test proved that the child is not his. So we are looking for really good advocate who will proove adultery. We have phone call recordings and DNA test report. Thank you.

One more query is that is phone call recording considered as a proof in adultery case?

Phone calls are chain of circumstances and relevant but not a substantial proof of adultery. Meet advocate sushil kapre or salil.

If you have DNA report from a recognised govt . agency/fsl then on this basis adultery can be proved ,phone calls also used with this report as an evidence to prove the allegation .
