Divorce

I want to file for a divorce from Delhi. I got married at ARYA Samaj , Bhogol, Delhi and affidavit was filed in Patiala house court. My parents live in GHAZIABAD, U.P. i am a female, housewife. Can i file for divorce in Patiala house court

Where ever you currently reside/native you can file it as these are woman-sympathetic laws.
