You have to file suit in the appropriate jurisdiction, after going through summons, hearing and other processes, a divorce decree shall be granted to you.

The worst thing in any family relation is divorce because it can create chaos is between the families. Summarizing this essayroo to read the policies of law about giving divorce we have to forbid this activity.
