Nyaayapriya (Advocate for justice)     09 November 2010

I have seen

1) advocates fumbling in their presentations (both written and oral); making a fool of evidencing and examinations. In most of the cases, particularly, in family courts the advocates resorting to 'cut and paste' petitions, plaints, objections etc.

2) Advocates not following the instructions and views of their clients

3)  The Judges, particularly, in family courts, snubing the Male litigants; not allowing them to air their grievances: not allowing them to file their claims, objections etc.

4) The Judges having a pro-woman preset of mind overlooking the just pleas of the male litigant.

Horrible indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Solutions;;;;;;;;;;;God only should help.
