My divorce case has been withdrawn from family court pune which was transfered by SC against transfer petition filed by wife. Now once again I would like to file divorce at Bangalore court. In case it is again transfered to her native place pune wheather I can withdraw again on health ground....

You'll be committing contempt if you file another petition. Go to a lawyer and present your facts.

Yes, i echo bsrao, in case you conceal this and file a fresh plaint (where a standard mandatory clause demanding your concurrence, that a similiar petition of the same nature is not filed elsewhere), both you and your advocate will perform disco dance

I have withdrawn my divorce petition which has been disposed off at Pune family court. Can I not file divorce again at my place as it is continuous cause of action...till I get divorce,,I have to try at least...Advise pl.
