Why do U want to go through all those formalities as mentioned by U and invite legal complications, better opt for live in relationship with some available lady,if U require some companion for a shorter duration.

your approach can be later treated by the lady why signs such an agreement as wife harassment, and so forget all such kind of funny ideas; else you would lsand yopurself under  rape problems cases also my dear friend.

There are films with this kind of agreement.

Marriage is not something concerning 2 persons only. You may beget children. What will be their fate?  If you enter into a contract it should contain provisions for looking after possible children too. No contract can bind unborn future individuals. Children are not property of parents. Parents  are only compulsory trustees. You have a responsibility to look after children you bring into this world. Divorce is an unanticipated eventuality.

In the Gujarat there was a practice called 'Maitry Karar". As the name itself implies it is something similar to what you want. There was criticism of the system. I do not know whether it has been banned. If it is not banned both of you can go to Gujarat and enter into a Maitri Karar.

Good luck

That was the ultimate communist system that Karl Marx envisaged. At first all means of production should be socially controlled. That was socialism. Then the society will move to a communist system of communes. There will be a classless society.. How the future generation gets created depends on the families that bring them up. The family system perpetuates the classes and inequalities. Couple will live in dormitories with a common mess. It will be a mess and not hotels or restaurants. In a hotel there will be menu card ano one will chose a la carte. The item will be specially prepared and the economy of mass production will be lost. I am myself a chemical engineer and I knew that large factories will reduce costs. When a baby is born  it will be in the custody of  the couple until breast feeding is over. Thereafter it will belong to the State. The baby will be taken away and will be brought up with  other babies. What will be the institution that will bring up the babies? In my imagination such an institution will look like an orphanage of today. In due course they will grow up and pair into couples and will be moved to the dormitories. The boys and girls will have to be tagged in order ensure that a brother and his sister do not pair together. When I was young I believed that such a system would be ideal. The Soviet Union and Communist China were still in existence. I had gone to Soviet Union and had travelled to the Asian part of the Soviet Union. I knew that they were only at Socialism stage, though their political parties were called communist parties and the countries were referred to as communist countries. I thought that they will move to communism in due course and the State would wither away as Karl Marx prophesied. But instead of moving towards communism both the countries moved backwards to capitalism around 1989 except that China has capitalism under dictatorship..

Mr. Reddy your concepts are not original. But your last para doesn't fit into the earlier paras.
