Divorce: Under Hindu Law or Muslim Law

Sorry if i am repeating this query.

A muslim girl got converted into Hindu and then gets married to a Hindu boy. After a year both get converted into muslim and nikah is performed. Only proof of conversion and nikah are photographs. Boy denies getting converted into muslim and claims that he didnt knew the ceremony performed was nikah. Now under which Act the girl can get divorce whether is it Hindu or Muslim? [ There are grounds existing to get divorce]

The girl wants divorce.  The boy denies that he is a muslim.  The girl admits that she was converted to Hindu religion before marriage as per hindu customs and rites.  The HMA has better grounds to get divorce.  Hence, I suggest that she has to file divorce petition under Hindu Marriage Act.  As long as boy does not deny he is a hindu and the girl admits her conversion into hindu religion, the petition is maintainable.

Is Divorce under Muslim law also maintainable?
