Does person get judicial separation if the wife doesn't attend court dates. How does it takes if she doesn't attend the dates ?

Hello,

The court can grant ex-parte judgment in your favour if the wife doesn't attend the court and you have filed divorce or separation petitioner in the court as per the merits of your case.
