domestic violence and divorce

my husband is having an affair with other women and is mentally torturing me and he is threatening me with who was since I am currently not working so threatens me that he will not send me money as he works abroad he says that I am a liability to him and hence six vedos if he go ahead and he files for divorce can I still file for domestic violence case against him is it still valid

Domestic Violence complaint is always valid during existing marriage and even divorce case is filled by your husband your marriage is subsisting till dissolved by the decree of divorce of competent Indian court which had valid jurisdiction for Indian married couples.

Yes. You immediately file Domestice Violence Case before he files Divorce Petition.
