I filed DV case against my husband in 2013 feb. I ve still not got my interim maintenance Last hearing my cross checking was done by the junior lawyer now they have requested for further cross check by the sr.lawyer. I would like to know whether the court will allow to cancel further cross checking and allow us to submit IA on our requisition,as it is already delayed. Pls.clarify.
