We are informed that recently all DV cases pending in vijayawada commissionerate have been transfered to Additional Majestate Court andbecause of thissuddn overloaded situation themajetrate hassuggested that argument should take place without crss questining.
This looks a bit too far fetched. Thankful if anyone could anyone throw more light on this development ?
