DV maintainance

wife filed for maitainance under dv act.how much maintainanace will be allocated of 75000 salary?...no kids...love marriage...40 days stayed together...in general,how long it will take for judgement ?counselling by judge is over...but she is not willing to join...any ways to get out of dv as she cheated me with luv marriage with lot of legal issues?yet,i have not taken dv petition copy....please help

File for a discharge petition. Her side seems weak in the light of the fact you've mentioned....
