DVC & MC are running in the same court. while Interim maintenance is passed in MC, DVC is in the middle of Respondents' evidence (current stage is cross examination of RW1). my queries are...
1. is it required for the girl to submit chief again in MC?
2. am i required to submit my chief again in MC?
overall, are all the processes followed in DVC follwed again in MC? is it not time waste in court? why the judge/same court hears the same chief/cross again and again?
is there any provision available where we can inform judge to adopt all documents/evidence/arguments/exhibits from DVC in maintenance case also?
is there any other way to save a lot of time in court in MC?
