Once the notice for maintenance is served the court can grant intereme maintenace, you should make the notices to get served upon your husband and seek intereme meintenance from the court, If the notices are served then you can seek the intereme maintenance from court.
Reagrding recovery of your items you need to expedite the process in court

Hai Sir,
There's no use of talking to any women commission. Already I approached the women commission here in AP..... No use.... No one can assist me. No one can solve my problem. Everyone is telling that I've to proceed through court. But the court proceedings are taking a longer time.

Women Commission is useless. Do not go to them. That's a waste!
Apart, you have file maintenance case against your husband; please note that due to corona we have resolved for 'No Adverse Order' everywhere. So I think once the court starts functioning well and the matter is resolved, you will get a favorable order. Other than this I believe you have also pleaded for residential rights in your petition as under DV Act you have the right to claim.

Hai Sir,
Thanks so much for your reply & advice. Court proceedings will take a longer time. Number of hearings, I need to roam about to Court. Anyhow I filed DVC case, but I can't get at least my belongings, my gold, mine & my kids clothes...... I want advice in that. Till that time who will support me. My kids are very small for me to go for work..... I need both financial as well as physical support for my kids. My parental family isn't in a position to support us.

File a criminal suit as well under section 378, 406 and 420 of IPC against your husband for your belongings.

Will the belongings can't be recovered through DVC..... Will the court accept if I file criminal suite. Because when I went to police station to file case against him to recover my belongings, no one took the complaint on him. I roamed about to 3 police stations but all of them told that he's after all my husband & it's not wrong or theft to take the belongings.
Pradipta Nath (Advocate) 28 October 2020
Yes you can get your belongings under the dv act, but I need to go through your petition which you filed for more clarity. Aside a criminal case will add more pressure on your husband due to its punishment.
