Mr. A is e-commerce website owner. He has tieups with difference vendors for keeping their products for trade.
Now Mr. B wants his liquor product to trade online through e-commerce website of Mr. A.
I this case storekeeping and delivery of goods will be handled by Mr. B only. Who has all the relevant approvals and licences to trade liquor products.
Now when Mr. A is keeping those lequir products on his website, does he require to have any approvals or specific licences from state govt or other authorities?

If someone is willing to store liquor in his home in India they will have to own a liquor license. Usually if the quantity of the liquor exceeds 9 liters then the person must have the license to show his authorization for keeping alcohol in a residential house.
