Can a Builder Stop the connection / Supply of Electricity and Water when maintenance is not paid ?
It's been more than 2 year from handing over the flat to me, and till date builder dint install a EB Meter and demands 1500/- per month and moreover as per the plan they had to provide us many amenities which they dint provide.
And when asked why EB meter is not installed he says, electricity board is not having stock of meters and even they are demanding for a 2 Acre property, which the builder is not ready to give.
So, I just stopped paying 1500/- per month for EB and even the maintenance and informed them that I will pay the amount only when the meter & amenities is installed / provided for my flat.
Due to my Non-payment he have disconnected the connection / supply of electricity and water at my flat.
Can the builder stop the connection / supply of electricity and water at the resident. ?
