A person (actual owner) Handover his shop to person B (manager/employee) and B manage the shop amd orders goods in the name of A for purpose of shop...

It completely depends on the Agreement if they have entered into one. B can be hired as an employee or as a retainer but both of these are kinds of employment. 

In any case, they are not independent contractors so overall the relationship would be of Employer and Employee.
