well law is there if u are required to work for more than u had agreed to do at the time of entering into job, ur job offer letter contain all such things should go through that and no employer can ask the employee to work more than the agreed time limit if he do than he has to pay double the normal time rate and that also at the discrition of employee to accept the same or not however if the refusal of employee to do the same causes any discrimination to the employee from the employer than employee can file the suit against the employer for discrimination at work place.
but for all this u need to stand for ur right as no employee come forward and take stand agaist such employers
