I have worked in a company from Feb 2010 to July 2011 (Total 1.5 Years), but i had signed bond(On a Stamp Paper of Rs.100) with the company for 2 years and but somehow i had to leave the company in between and hence could not full fill that bond period and neither i paid the bond amount of Rs.1.5 Lakhs.Since then my address has been changed and i am staying abroad.There were around 15 guys who left the company like me who had the bond and broke it without paying money.They received the Notices from the company about breaking bond and the company has also filed case against them,Since my address has been changed and i do not know if they have sent me the Notice or not.What shoud i do in the case? How should i proceed further?What if court sends summon against me and i do not appear before them because i am not aware of it.Please advice on this as i do not want any hassles in future.What will happen if court rule against me?What can be the Court judgement on this?How sever it can be?
