Ep after 12 years from the date of the decree

EP after 12 years from the date of the decree

once E.P was filed at 1st year and after completion of 13 years E.P was dismissed for default. is there any option to file fresh E.P

as now more than 13 years had completed from the date of the decree

please suggest
