I have filed an EP aganist my ex tenant for not paying the arrears as per the court order. The Civil court issued the following direction as my ex tenant is not present before the court and evaded to take the notices.
" Notice against JDr through RP returned unclaimed. It is deemed to be served. Issue R.37 (2) CPC for secure the Jdr on payment of process, call on Jan 2020"
What does it mean ?? will the police arrest the guy and bring him to the court ??
Do i need to pay any BETA / Charges at the nazarath to implement the above order ?? what steps i need to take so that he will be sent to the Jail, Please suggest !!
