Error in construction agreement

Sir,

I planned to buy flat where sale deed is correct but in construction agreement schedule is wrong. Is this a problem. Seller not willing to do rectification.

Rectification is a must in the construction agreement.  Otherwise, you may face problems.

Thank you sir. In construction agreement names survey number patta number all are correct. Including build up area. Only boundaries. That is clear in sale deed. Still is this problem. Kindly help me.

Yes. Go for the rectification deed.
