Please provide me some relevant case laws regarding to evact tenants from my land (commercial). They have unauthorized possession without KIRAYANAMA and any other type of lease since 2004. I am going to file a complain case in the light of section 441 of the I.P.C. i need some proper guidelines so please help me out.
