Filed Eviction case under Tamil nadu rent control ACT on willful default and bonafide ground.
Also filed section 11 petition to pay the rent or eviction, got an interim order and tenant didn’t comply hence got eviction order form court under section 11.
Tenant appealed and got stay and reverted back to lower court for checking the dispute over the rent amount, now case is at tenant evidence stage.
Dear experts please clarify the below Q’s ,
1. Tenant didn’t come for last three hearing and now he has been given one more chance?
2. How long he will delay the matter?
3. Now it is almost 29 months’ rent (i.e. RS 2,80,000) is due, is there any other application I can file him to deposit the rent in court?.
4. Case is almost running for 18 months, now the case is at evidence stage in Lower court, how long my tenant will enjoy the property without even paying the rent?
