Which he do not have any NOC from owner and not paying any rent to owner. Kiosk is licensed to sell cigarate biddis and sweets but rather then this some illegal bussiness is doing and extended some part illegally
And hence licenseses is dead and his son is renewing the license
And license has specified as non transferable.
So how to evict that kiosk from property
