We are running a small scale industry in our lanlord premises from the past 4 years, employing nearly 18 people. The contract was for 4 years, which has now expired.
But we want to extend the contract for some more years which he is not agreeing to. On the contrary he is sayin, to stay in the same premises we will have to pay double the amount of rent. It is difficult for us to shift after having invested so much in this.
He is threatening to file a suit against the company.
You are please requested to guide me, with whether he can forcefully ask us to move out of the place or we can continue without having to bother about his acts. Also if there is any provision under the haryana rent control act regarding the same.
