Evidence croos oportunity nill to respondent

sir

please help me

1, i am the petitioner and i have the cross by the respondent lower but respondent sr. lowyer was absent that day and respondent was also absent, but juniour lower aske the judge that petitioner did not give the litigation charges i e pl provide us the litigation charges from the petitione than i give the charges to the lower in the form of cheque in fron of judge then judge told the repondent lower that now you may cross to the petitioner but the respondent (my wife) lower refuse to do so then judge told him you are fighting for the litigation charges but you can not do the cross then repondent loweyer told that sr advocate is not well pl give me the new date for cross in that cass court will close the evedence cross oportunity to the respondent. and give the next date

in that case i would like to know that can evedance oportunity can be reopen by the respondent or the case will be final on that stage and dessicion may come on next date

The courts are to deliver substantial justice.  If the respondent or her counsel file an application, they will be allowed to cross examine you again.  Later on your counsel also to cross examine the respondent and after hearing arguments only, the final decision will come.
