Respected sir/mam
My parent abandoned me and my wife from thier property by giving abandoned affidavit.
Me and my wife live separately, i want to make ews certificate, is my parent income property still count ...even if they given abandoned affidavit that we have not right in their property
Kindly enlighten in this type of condition where parent has taken all right from their property...in this case their property still count or not

There's no provision in law to accommodate the so called abandonment of the relationship between parents and children.
It may be a fancy idea of some mischief monger with half knowledge.
You can reside outside your parental home on your own and prove that you are living independently and not as a joint family

We are already living separately as a nuclear family ..does my parent income and property still count in making ews certificate
