Ex parte ad interim temporary injunction

ex parte ad interim temporary injunction

I have been deprived of my share in my parents property and would like to file for an ex parte ad interim temporary injunction (as per my friends suggestion)

I would like to know if this is filed, can i prevent my siblings from taking the rental income from the said property and if yes, from when is it effected.  If no, can I know the right procedure to prevent the same

The Lawyers can also appear in teh Tax Tribunals and also befor eteh ITO in hearings

There is no bar on that right of a lawyer in Income Tax

The reason Y parties normally engage their CAs is that teh CAs are well versed with the subject matter of their clients asthey have filed the returns etc

Secondly let us accept it honestly that a CA is better equipped on financial matters as compared to a Lawyer

So there is no need of this debate as teh law does not curtail any right of a body
