There is a residential property half of which belongs to me and my brother and the remaining half is owned by my cousin. My cousin wants his share of property which is a vacant land exchanged with my share of property which is a construction house since he wanted to settle there with his family. Me and my brother are settled elsewhere and not interested to live there any more. I have accepted my cousin's offer and asked him to first sell his share of land and pay the amount to me in consideration of having purchased my share of property to which he is agreed. In this context please advise me as to whether it is possible and if yes what precautions and points I should keep in mind as also how it could be done at minimum of cost.
