I got the eviction order and decree aganist my tenant.I am planning to file an EP petition as the court has categorically gave an eviction order for the tenant to pay the pending rental arrears ( Which are due since last 1.5 Years).
May i know what is the process involved in filing EP ? What are the timelines ? Can he be sent to Jail ??

Just file the executuion petition and if you have the bank details of the Judgment debtor,you can pray for account freeze even youcan pray for civil imprisionment ,but the then court has to decide how to get decree realized..
