Sir, i want to file a execution petition on a partition suit as a decree holder in banglore. the services of my lawyer had ended wtih the final decree as per our agreemnt so,want to know whether if a junior lawyer is sufficient enough to file out the execution petition or do i need a senior lawyer for it . what sort of a complexities should i expect at the executin stage that would demand a need for senior lawyer? also, what sort of a counter is expected in execution petition from the judgement debtor other than getting the stay from high court,which i wont see given the weak side that the oppostie side has.
