after the recent amendments in CPC, whether framing of issues is necessary in case of third party objections in Execution?
Whether separate civil suit can be filed by third party to challenge the decree?
General answers are quite simple but I need good judgments on the matter, if possible from both the sides.
Order 21 Rules, 97 & 98 are relevant law on the matter.
