I have a query that, On what basis, ESIC exemption will granted to the organisation? If hospitals covered under ESIC, are they eligible to get the exemption from ESIC?
Pl advice me on this.

The essence is "in receipt of social security benefits substantially similar or superior to the benefits provided under the ESI Act."
As already pointed out by Mehul, kindly go thru the sections of the ESI Act.
