Dear Ms.Shally Karloopia,

Greetings

It means that gains or property acquired by a member of a HUF through his knowledge and skill, will not be held joint family property merely on the ground that the knowledge and skill was acquired with the help or support of the other members of the HUF. This implies that there shall be other grounds.

Best Wishes
